Changing or cancelling an order

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot usually be stopped before delivery. You may still be able to return it after delivery in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

For EU withdrawal or cancellation requests, no cancellation or admin fee will be charged.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details where available.
