Returns and Refunds


All goods must be returned with 14 days of receiving them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition (sellable) that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • The item/s must not be worn, soiled, used, submerged in water.

  • All product packaging must be in good condition and returned.

  • Must not be disposable goods such as nappy liners and disposable swim briefs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards; Some health and personal care items

  • Must not be washed items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

CHARGES:

  • Missing or torn packaging replacement fee £2.00 or US$2.50 or €2.50
  • Order cancellation - £2.00 or US$ 2.50 or € 2.30
  • Incorrect Address by customer - returned - postage + £2.70 or US$ 3.40 or €3.15

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied

to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days for the product and not postage.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

Cancelled Orders

Orders are dispatched on the same day if received before midday and cannot be cancelled once dispatched. However, if we catch the order before it has been packed, we can refund you for the order less admin fee of £2.00 or US$ 2.50 or € 2.30. (admin fee - covers our cost of credit card fees and cost of processing your refund.)
